Zhejiang Shitai Industrial Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company specializing in the production of auto parts and aero dynamic parts. It was founded in April 1985, formerly known as Zhejiang Sanmen Shitai Industrial Co., Ltd. and renamed as Zhejiang Shitai Industrial Co., Ltd. in May 2014.

At present, the Company has a total asset of 400 million yuan, covers an area of 110,000 square meters, and has an annual production capacity of 100 million auto parts and aviation moving parts. Our main products are twelve major categories of backbone products, including engine mounting systems, chassis system assemblies, rubber shock absorbers, rubber seals, plastic parts, aviation seals and aviation moving parts, with more than 1,200 specifications and models.

We have a large number of sophisticated production equipment. Based on the guideline of promoting economic efficiency with scientific and technological progress, we are equipped with domestic mainstream production equipment and imported state-of-the-art test equipment. We have rubber and plastic production equipment such as fully enclosed automatic rubber mixing system, automatic phosphating line, automatic glue applicator, German DESMA rubber injection molding and vulcanizing machine, 300t DOUSH vulcanizing machine, rubber sealing strip microwave vulcanizing line, 100g to 5,000g injection molding machine, thick plate blister molding machine, as well as various metal processing machinery and equipment such as processing center and CNC lathe; we have many imported state-of-the-art test equipment, such as multichannel elastomer testing system by MTS, US, servo testing machine by Instron, UK, NVH commissioning system by Siemens, etc., and have obtained the supplier's test verification and testing capability approval certificate of automobile OEM.

We have successively passed IATF16949, GJB9001 and EN9100 quality system certification, and certified by ISO14001 environmental management system and 18001 occupational health and safety management system.

We have been successively titled as a national high-tech company, a small and medium-sized high-tech company of Zhejiang Province, and a small and medium-sized innovative company of Zhejiang Province. We have established a provincial high-tech R&D center, a provincial enterprise research institute, and a provincial enterprise technology center.
