Testing Center

Testing Center

Equipped with advanced testing equipment both domestically and internationally.

The laboratories under the Technology Center are key research and development units, currently comprising the Materials Performance Laboratory and the Product Performance Testing Laboratory. With a total testing area of 800 square meters, the facilities are equipped with more than 30 sets of advanced domestic and international inspection, testing, and evaluation equipment, enabling a full range of tests on raw materials, compounded rubber, semi-finished products, and finished goods.

The laboratory is equipped with an MTS multi-channel fatigue testing system, a static–dynamic stiffness servo tester, an ozone aging chamber, a durability fatigue testing rig for rubber bushings and vibration-damping components, a durability tester for ball-joint rubber seals, a high-precision torsion testing machine, a plastic heat-deflection and Vicat softening temperature tester, a simply supported beam impact tester, a 200°C high-temperature aging chamber, a -60°C multi-functional low-temperature rubber testing instrument, a xenon lamp aging chamber, a computer-controlled tensile testing machine, a rotorless rheometer, a Mooney viscometer, a salt spray corrosion testing chamber, an analytical balance with a readability of one part in ten thousand, and a metallographic microscope, among other testing and inspection equipment.
